What is PorchLite?

PorchLite helps you manage your vacation home and share it with the family and friends who use it — reservations, tasks, supplies, a house guide, and a guest book, all in one place.

How do I get started?

Create an account at my.porchlite.app, add your property, then invite the people who share it. Your first 30 days are free.

How does billing work?

PorchLite starts with a free 30-day trial. After that it’s $24.99/month (or $239/year) for your first property, with a discount for additional properties. You can cancel anytime.

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

If you subscribed on the web, open Settings → Billing at my.porchlite.app. If you subscribed inside the iOS app, manage or cancel it in your Apple ID subscription settings (Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your iPhone).

How do I invite family and friends?

Open the People section for your property and send an invite. They’ll get a link to join — no separate subscription needed; guests and members share access under the property owner’s plan.

I forgot my password.

Use the “Forgot password?” link on the sign-in screen and we’ll email you a reset link.

How do I delete my account?

You can delete your account and data from Settings → Account at my.porchlite.app, or email us at hello@porchlite.app and we’ll take care of it.

Reporting a problem or objectionable content

PorchLite has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior. You can report or flag any guest book entry, quick post, or comment directly in the app, and block another member at any time. Reports are reviewed and acted on — typically within 24 hours. You can also email us at hello@porchlite.app.
