Is there a free trial?
Yes! Every new account gets a 30-day free trial with full access to all features for 1 property. No credit card required to start.
Can I cancel anytime?
Absolutely. No contracts, no cancellation fees. You can cancel from your account settings at any time, and you'll have access until the end of your billing period.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data is yours. If you cancel, we'll keep your account and data for 30 days in case you change your mind. After that, it's securely deleted. You can request an export anytime.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes! Annual billing saves you 20%. Your first property is $144/year ($12/month effective) and each additional property is $96/year ($8/month effective).
What if I have multiple properties?
Your first property is $15/month and each additional property is just $10/month. You can add properties at any time from your account settings — the pricing adjusts automatically.
Is there a discount for non-profits or community organizations?
We love supporting community spaces! Reach out to us at hello@porchlite.app and we'll see what we can do.
What happens when my trial ends?
You'll be prompted to choose a plan to keep full access. If you don't subscribe, your data stays safe but access is limited until you subscribe. You can pick up right where you left off at any time.
