Is there a free trial?
Yes! You get 2 full weeks to try PorchLite with all features. We ask for a card upfront, but you won't be charged until the trial ends - and you can cancel anytime.
Can I cancel anytime?
Absolutely. No contracts, no cancellation fees. You can cancel from your account settings at any time, and you'll have access until the end of your billing period.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data is yours. If you cancel, we'll keep your account and data for 30 days in case you change your mind. After that, it's securely deleted. You can request an export anytime.
Do you offer annual billing?
Not yet, but we're considering it! For now, the simple monthly plan works best for most families.
What if I have multiple properties?
The standard plan covers one property. If you have multiple homes, contact us at hello@porchlite.app and we'll set up multi-property pricing for you.
Is there a discount for non-profits or community organizations?
We love supporting community spaces! Reach out to us and we'll see what we can do.
